Hair fall home remedies

Hair fall Home Remedies

Hair grows in a certain cycle – growing, resting, and dropping out. It is normal to shed some hair each day. Every 3 months, resting hair falls out and new hair starts to grow in its place. Some of us though, experience excessive hair loss.

Causes of hair problems

Most hair problems are caused by incorrect diet and stress. Of course, it could also be related to systemic diseases and the side effects of drugs taken. In women. pregnancy and menopause is another factor that causes hair fall. Excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rainwater, and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle, and limp.

Hair loss during Menopause

About 40 percent of women suffer hair loss during menopause. Levels of female hormones estrogen and progesterone fall during menopause.

Natural Cure for hair fall

Whatever the cause of the hair loss, natural cures are the best as they do not cause any harm to the hair.

Diet

Diet is very important to stop hair fall. What you eat could help induce hair growth. Carrot not only provides good nourishment for the eyes, but also for the hair. An overall balanced diet of lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes is very good for healthy hair.

A fall in the iron levels leads to falling hair and also a deterioration in the quality of the hair. An iron-rich diet helps. Have more green vegetables, beetroots, and prunes to get that iron.

A balanced amount of vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, and B group vitamins helps in maintaining healthy hair. Oats and green peas are rich in zinc, iron, and other essential vitamins.

The egg is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, B12, and iron in large amounts. It is also a good source of Vitamin B7 which helps fight hair loss.

Low-fat dairy products like skim milk and yogurt are great sources of calcium, an important mineral for hair growth. They also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources.
