Pudina Chai/Mint Tea


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp black tea leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • Sugar to taste


  • Pour 1 cup of water in a pot and add the ginger
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add tea leaves and mint to the water and let it boil for a minute
  • Add the milk and let it simmer for 2 minutes
  • Stir in the sugar, cool and drink it hot
