
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger chopped
- 1 tsp black tea leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoon milk
- Sugar to taste
Method
- Pour 1 cup of water in a pot and add the ginger
- Bring to a boil
- Add tea leaves and mint to the water and let it boil for a minute
- Add the milk and let it simmer for 2 minutes
- Stir in the sugar, cool and drink it hot
