Pudina Chai/Mint tea


1 cups Fresh water
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, chopped
1 tbsp Black Tea Leaves
1 tbsp of Fresh Mint Leaves
2 tbsp Milk
Sugar to taste


Boil the water along with the ginger. Add tea leaves, milk and mint leaves to the boiling water and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in sugar, strain and serve it hot. You can also cool it and drink it. Find more information on the health benefits of mint and mint home remedies here
