Coriander health benefits and home remedies
Coriander dip

1 bunch coriander leaves
1 bunch mint leaves
3 green chillies
4 tbsps yogurt
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 dates
salt to taste
water as required


Separate the mint leaves from the stem and chop the coriander leaves including the stem. Wash the greens thoroughly and grind all the ingredients together. The mint, coriander, yogurt and cumin have cooling properties and hence the dip is very good in summer.
