  1. Everyone is suffering from some or other health conditions and to cure those health conditions one usually uses medicines. Over the counter medicines are common and they can give you relief, but sometimes those medicines can give you harmful side effects too. I know that there are no medicines without side-effects. That’s why I always prefer home remedies. This is the perfect way to eliminate your pain whether it is back pain, constipation, acne or herpes. If you require, you can use homeopathic remedies also. These remedies are as effective as natural or home remedies.

  2. Home remedies are the best mainly because they have no side effects. I use strong black seed oil as pain and anti-inflammatory medication. I have to say it has proven to be a blessing. My biggest problem was pelvic pain and menstrual cramps. The pain has reduced considerably.
