Ingredients

Green garlic chutney

1 cup green garlic finely chopped

1 cup corriander leaves

1 tsp roasted bengal gram

A small berry sized tamarind

Salt to taste

Method

Grind together green garlic, corriander leaves, roasted begal gram, and tamrind. Add salt to taste.
